    Missouri

This is a pretty good tema this year, once ranked top 25.

They beat Gorgia, Folyd & his USC, they beat SIU-Edwardvile by 50 (while we beat the same team by 30)

Hope that our experience in handling Nebby's full court press last night will be valuable for the preparation of Missouri game.

I would be extremely happy to beat them on the road.

    Re: Missouri

They just lost at Nebraska. That pretty much tells you that they're nothing special. I watched part of that game and they're in the same boat with the rest of us "middle of the pack" teams. Flip a coin, hopefully we come out on top.

    Re: Missouri

Didn't Carroll or Lyons just get suspended indefinately for something? Or have they been reinstated already?

    Re: Missouri

Lyons was suspended for something small tho and i think he'll be back
it would be good to have him gone tho cuz then it would jst be Carroll down low so something similar to the nebby game where craig can go to work

    Re: Missouri

I wouldn't draw any conclusions about a comparison of beating a really bad team by 30 vs. another team beating them by 50. Both are really bad blowouts, and that 30 vs. 50 is pretty much meaningless.

Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

    Re: Missouri

Missouri will give us the full court press the whole game and if ISU responds to it like they did last night once they got it in the 2nd half...it will be 40 minutes of hell for ISU!

    Re: Missouri

I sure hope we don't give 20 points off turnovers in one half of hoops to Mizzu as we did last night. 'Cuz if we do, it'll be fugly.

Hopefully with two days to prepare the staff can get the point across that we need to ATTACK the basket. Play to win and not to avoid losing then I like our chances.

I think Hoover could beat Colorado by 20 this year, they are beyond horrible.

Point taken...but last night might have been the worst I have ever seen a team play against a full court press. ISU did make adjustments and finally was able to break the press about 10-12 minutes into the 2nd half, but before that it was just plain UGLY!
