    Rudell Crim & Other Recruits

There was a short thread about Rudell awhile ago but nothing recently. Rivals still has us listed as recruiting him with his only visit so far to Oregon. Any insight on this guy?

    JUCO - DB
    6'0
    195
    4.4 40

Some other Juco's who we may be in the running on based on previous recuiting efforts of our new coaches

Carlton Johnson - LB - 6'2, 200 LB's, 4.6 40, previously being recruiting by Auburn (Coaches Listed: Steve Ensminger, James Willis)

    Dennis Thames - Athlete - 5'11 - 175 - 4.4 40
Recruited by Auburn - No coaches names mentioned

    Montez Robinson (4*) - DE - 6'5 - 235 - 4.59 40
Recruited by Auburn - Don Dun

    Denard Robinson (4*) - Athlete - 6'0 - 179 - 4.48 40
Recruited by Auburn - Edie Gran

    Greg Reid - (4*) - Athlete - 5'9 - 175 - 4.5 40
Recruited by Auburn - No Coach listed

    Corey Gaines (4*) - DT - 6'0 - 274 - 4.91 40
    Recuited by Auburn Steven Ensminger
Recruited by Iowa State No Coach listed

    Kendall Kelly (4*) - WR - 6'4 - 210 - 4.45 40
Recruited by Auburn - Terry Price

    Darren Myles (4*) - Safety - 6'1 - 175 - 4.49 40
    Recruited by Auburn Terry Price

    Tana Patrick (4*) - LB - 6'3 - 215 - 4.5 40
Recruited by Auburn - Don Dunn/James Willis

    Kendrick Hardy (4*) - 6'0 - 210
Recruited by Auburn - No Coach Listed

    Sam Montgomery (4*) - DE - 6'4 - 230 - 4.4
Recruited by Auburn - Terry Price

    Dre Kirkpatrick (5*) - DB - 6'2 - 180 - 4.5 40 (Top 10 player in the country)
Recruited by Auburn - Terry Price

Just an observation after going through the players who either commited to Auburn or at this point have not committed to anyone. I didn't see Coach's name listed as the one recruiting any of the Auburn Recruits who committed or where interested. Does anyone know what roll he played in recruiting at Auburn.

The names above are players that have not recruited anywhere but list Auburn as a school of interest. Since I don't follow football recruiting nearly as much as basketball recruiting I find it difficult to sort through and see if any of these players might actually be interested in joining former Auburn staff members at ISU.

Perhaps Gene fired all those coaches that were not listed with names.

Sad thing is that most of those kids don't want to leave SEC country and will probably fall into Alabama's lap

Re: Rudell Crim & Other Recruits

I would settle for the two 4 stars and the 5 star that Price was recruiting.

Love that name Rudell Crim. We need him. It would be great just introducing him for nebraska fans: Rude!

Re: Rudell Crim & Other Recruits

I think Price is a huge hire. Look at the kids he was in on at Auburn makes me think he is a very qualified recruited.

Re: Rudell Crim & Other Recruits

This staff may be the best recruiting staff ever assembled at ISU.

I wish Rivals would list who recruited the Rice kids, that would be helpful

Re: Rudell Crim & Other Recruits

I think JP andf PR sat down 7 hours and discussed what it took to win at ISU. They determined a young aggressive group of guys who can recruit to upgrade the talent wopuld be a primary imperative. looks like they are on their way. PR should exceed three wins next year and retire the geno legacy in the first four games.
