    Wes Eikmeier update

Bergan snapped a 12 year road losing steak to larger class Elkhorn. Wes was the leading scorer with 20 on 7-for-11 shooting. Keep up the good work Wes.

Yes, our Elkhorn Antlers were prestty depressed to lose.

Speaking of mascots, Stanford Cardinals mascot is a tree. How clever.

Actually, the Tree is not the mascot. It's a member of the band. Also, the official nickname is "Cardinal" not "Cardinals". It is always singular.

Here's a website with some more info.

    Re: Wes Eikmeier update

Two things stood out to me: Eikmeier scored a season low 20 points
And Eikmeier said that was the toughest defense they have faced all year, and he went 7-11 shooting.

    Re: Wes Eikmeier update

Since the topic of Stanford has come up.......the bass trombone player in my jazz band was in the Marching band during "The Play"

He assures me that he was not the trombone player knocked on his *** during this play..........but i dunno
