Interesting, 4 of the 10 coaches are @ Big 12 schools.

the 5th coached at Oklahoma for years, now at Indiana. If this writers projections hold true, Big 12 will be very competative in the coming seasons.

if i am not mistaking they talk with ohio state and iowa state game had been talked about when LE was here, and it didnt happen until WM was coach, and it was agreed to do a home/away type of deal

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

Well remember we signed to play a home and home with them. Except our home was at Wells Fargo over Christmas Break with at the most 300 Cyclone Alley members. We had a rather large lead and blew down our legs if you guys don't remember. UGGGHHH. If we stay within 20 points of them without both Marsden and Gray then I would say it would be a win for us; confidence wise.

If I remember correctly, OSU would not agree to a home and "home" unless we played the game at Wells Fargo. They didn't want to come into Hilton...

And I seriously doubt that it was because they weren't impressed with the venue.
