    ESPN's Reaction

ESPN - Mark Schlabach: Auburn Tigers downgrade in hiring Gene Chizik

I know there are 1000 threads and even more posts about this and I don't have a clue on how to find out if this has been posted before or not...so here it is.

Also, I agree with the last line.

It's a million-to-one shot, but Pollard has to make that call.

Well, if ESPN says it, it has to be true.

Wow, that would be a very nice hire, and a very nice up-yours to Auburn and GC

I don't know that he'd want to come, but it would be a good way to stick it to Auburn

Sorry sparky, I've been saying it from the start of this whole incident. I don't think it's going to happen, but it would possibly be the funniest thing ever if it did.

Reading and watching different things about Chizik. There is a lot of blaiming Chizik for the 2-10 record.

I read somewhere that Tubberville will make 5 mil next year if he doesn't coach.

Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but he was the head coach wasn't he? That is the way it should be. Sure, he was trying to rebuild, but you expect to play better than that.
