What happened to the rest of GC's staff?

Did he dump on them too? Surely he isn't taking Bolt and McFarland to Auburn, at least not as coordinators.

Re: What happened to the rest of GC's staff?

I would guess they're all pretty much in limbo. Either find a new job as soon as possible, or else hope that ISU's new coach keeps them on his staff.

Gene Smith, 1993-2000. 7 years, 6 NCAA's, 1 bowl game. Revenue sports postseason participation 50%. Good.
    Bruce Vandevelde, 2000-20005. 5 years, 4 bowl games, 2 NCAA's, 2 NIT's. Postseason participation 80%. Better.
    Jamie Pollard, 2005-. 4 years. 1 bowl game, 0 NCAA's, 0 NIT's. Postseason participation: 13%. The next big step.

My ignore list: splitidentity, tarheelhawk, superdorf, clones_jer. That is all.

I bet he finds spots for them two. Auburn has lots of positions and money. GC wants his yes men around to tell him everything is fine.

Re: What happened to the rest of GC's "staff"?

Half is it stuck in our collective rear, the other half is stuck in the AD bum at Auburn.

As far as depth goes though, the combination of White, Woodbury, Olaseni, Basabe, and Uthoff is much better than Niang, Ejim, Edozie, Gibson. Not because of the top 2, but because of the next 2 or 3. -DeanVogs
