I am actually surprised about Notre Dame. Yes, they have had a very bad November but still, they are 6-5 and still might go to a bowl game of some sort.

Number 5 is always a high profile team that is not proforming to expectations.

    They lost to SYRACUSE........AT HOME!!!!!

That alone makes them the worst team in the country

I will be honest, I am a Notre Dame fan. But I cannot stand Charlie Weiss

Good, this should put us on an inside track to start next year in the pre-season Bottom 10.

They will finish 6-6 and the Sun Bowl will snatch them up in a heartbeat.

Nice to see them mention our 10-game losing streak. That's always some nice press to get on ESPN.

Wow. That had to be hard. So let me get this straight. You like the Cyclones and Notre Dame.

Bet you can't wait for the Cubs season to start. I would imagine there your favorite baseball team.

Amen to this. They have had nothing but top 10 recruiting classes under this guy, and have 9 wins in 2 years to show for it. He's clearly in over his head in South Bend.

Well at least we are being mentioned in the same breath as Michigan and Notre Dame, that's what everyone wants out of there football team right?

I just grew up watching Notre Dame football.

Charlie Weiss says "if it comes down to X's and O's, than I will win everytime." Hahahaha. Then he goes out and losses to SYRACUSE!!

I can't believe they have not fired him yet.

    Re: bottom 10

Makes you wonder if, with the results that Weis has had, if they regret firing Willingham /partial sarcasm

Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice?
Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

He also told the ND players in their first meeting that they would never lose to USC again. Man, how cocky can one guy be? It might be nice if he could back up some of that talk with a win or two once in a while.

Maybe he should have guaranteed no losses against Navy, oh, wait...

Like they always say, the polls don't matter until the end of the year. Way to go I-State!

I don't see how Wazzu escaped the Bottom 10 entirely with that close win over UW? Pretty sure we would beat them.
