    Crystal Ball Re: Brackins

What does everyone think will happen when Brackins gets to campus next year...does he automatically start over what we have now? Or does he come off the bench since he will probably need more strength to compete effectively?

Will he push Hubalek out of the lineup? He will be in the mix with C. Johnson, Marsden, and Alex Thompson. Should be interesting.

In the big scheme of things, does it really matter? Why don't you just go out and enjoy life today, and not worry about tomorrow, which may never come. I think you need to grow up.

Dude settle down, he's just trying to stimulate conversation to get people's opinions. You make it sound like a life or death situation.

I gotta be honest with you ajsp, every moment of your life is a life or death situation. Take a long look in the mirror this afternoon....tell me what you see? Do you see a person living his life, or a person doing smack and drinking Tab? I'm betting on the later. You need to grow up.

    Re: Crystal Ball Re: Brackins

I really would like to see him be our center. If he could beef up, he'd be perfect - Hubalek doesn't provide enough presence down-low (see Drake dunks). I know Brackins is a PF, but Wesley is too good to bench, and will be even better next year.

    Re: Crystal Ball Re: Brackins

I think that Brakins will come in next year and be part of the rotation. I think that with more coaching, our guys will be pretty good in the post next year. Add in Brakins, and we should have a good rotation with a possibility for any one of the 4 to start.

Try leading by example. Belittling someone is not mature, nor is it an effective way to enjoy life.

Great point Benjay. I didn't think of that. I guess I'm not heeding my own advice and really enjoying life. I need to change that and today is the day to do it! December 6th will live on. I think you need to grow up.

    Re: Crystal Ball Re: Brackins

I think hfthomp has some serious issues.

I also think that Brackins will play good minutes off the bench next year, unless Clark or Wesley can play the 2. I think that Thompson will start at the 5 for us for the next 2 years.

    hfthomp,

I will take your advice and grow up...my birthday is in a week.

Also, do you think looking to the future is a sign of immaturity? What does your retirement account look like then?

You may want to switch to decaf.

It is hard to say, but from alot of accounts I have seen, he doesn't seem to be much of a post guy. Just like Jiri. Maybe G-Mac will find some sleepers to actually come and play in the paint, as opposed to stepping out and shooting the 3.

I'm glad you came over to my side of thinking. I hope you now realize that starting this topic was a HORRIBLE choice. Something only a certified crazy person would do. I'm glad we had a chance to discuss this face to face. Keep reaching for the top, because you never know what you might find.

Very good points isucyfan! My birthday is also in a week, so I can't wait to grow up. I live for today & tomorrow. It's smart to look ahead to the future... in every aspect of life!
