    3 Point Shooting

I slept on it a night and even more enthused about how different we seem to be behind the 3 point line. True, we're only two games into it, but if our players keep canning 3's, it's going to open a lot space in the middle for our big guys.

I haven't seen this much horsepower behind the line for quite some time and Lucca isn't even hitting yet and he's supposed to be one of the best. This should make the games a lot funner to watch than the last few years.

    Funner?

But I agree if we can have a few guys hitting consistently which we have not even had one hitting consistently in a long time the season will be more exciting that I originally thought it was going to be.

is this the big news you were talking about?

I've been impressed with Eikmeirer so far. He seems to be a pretty "basketball smart" kind of player when he is out there and just plays within the game. He doesn't force things and looks really confident in his shot.

    Re: 3 Point Shooting

Last year I would cringe when some guys would launch threes.

This year... let them fly. We have a lot of really capable shooters.
