the new captain of the team easily has to be rashon clark. I personally would have like to see him get more of the rock last year. Stinson was a ballhog with no perimeter. Blalock didnt shoot enough either. And this is why I laugh now on how much stinsons value sucks for the nba draft as of now. Plus I love seeing Rashons dunks on Sportscenter

in stinson's defense he was forced to "hog" the ball a lot since he was one of the only options.

As great as clark is athletically. he has not proven he has the ability to take someone off the tribble in big xii play nor has he showed a consistent shot. Don't get me wrong, he is a GREAT player, but we will need our newcomers to fill some voids that he cannot.

Only the brave (and perhaps stupid) would have the guts to stand in the U of Iowa student section the week before the ISU game and announce that you bleed cardinal and gold. I may have gone to school at U of I for seven years, but my loyalties never wavered.

I don't agree that Stinson was a "ball hog". He had quite a few assists and looked to be a team player to me. However, I think when the games wound down, his teammates came to depend on Curtis to be the man and he became our only option down the stretch and therefore we become much easier to defend.
