"These are my new shoes. They're good shoes. They won't make you rich like me, they won't make you rebound like me, they definitely won't make you handsome like me. They'll only make you have shoes like me. That's it." - Charles Barkley
He injured his shoulder about 3 games ago. Before the injury he was playing full-time on special teams on kick returns, defensive end and tight end. After the injury his coach has played him only about 60% of the offensive plays due to the injury. No defense or special teams.
During the semi-final game against Ankeny though he played TE almost the entire game, pancaked his man nearly every time on runs. Due to Valley not stopping the run and not putting pressure on the QB they decided in the 2nd half (they lost a d-lineman the game previous due to injury) to play him on the d-line on key plays and he had two tackles and an assist on a sack and on the last play of the game he forced the QB to throw a desperation pass for an interception. He only played about 8 defensive snaps.
Also, Boffeli just turned 17 a few months ago. He is a young recruit.
