    Hilton Strobe Lights

Does anyone know why there are strobe lights that go off at certain times in Hilton? They are attached to the ceiling and they flash like a camera flash at random times. Just curious.

I'd wear a tinfoil hat just in case they are trying to read your mind.

That is the spy camera planted in every Bg 12 ceiling. It transmits to the NCAA to make sure Lucca and others are not breaking the rules.

Media cameras have remote triggers attached to them that fire these strobes.

Thanks everyone for the alien/crazy comments. I did ask my wife if I was seeing things and she led me to believe I was wacko, then after laughing at me for a while, confirmed that they were really flashing.

Next question: how does the media trigger them to go off?

    Bingo.

They are also more noticeable when there are less people in Hilton, or when the full complement of court lighting is not on (i.e., wrestling duals).

Need to start taking advantage of those during opposition free throws.

Wait a minute! Now they are flashing at the Hilton? They didn't do that when I attended games in the Armory. Just my luck; on the leading edge of the sexual revolution and no flashing. Rats!
