    Question ISU @ Colorado

Well, ISU will have another shot at winning a Big12 game. Colorado seems to have a decent defense, but no offense, and now their offense will be even more limited. Colorado's leading rushing, R. Stewart, broke his leg in Colorado's loss to Texas A&M today.

Colorado has only had one Big12 victory, a 14-13 win over Kansas St. and were shut out last week to a Missouri team that just snuck by Baylor. Statistically, Colorado's offense is much worse then Iowa State's. With this game being in Boulder, I would have to give the edge to Colorado, however, this could be a close game. Do you think we can beat Colorado for the third time in four years?

I think we CAN win this game. However a team doesn't really need much of an offense to beat us.

yes, I actually think this one can be a win but then it depends on which ISU team shows up. It's all about 4 quarters.

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Our defense has a habit of making bad offenses look like Super Bowl contenders.

I want to stay positive but it's hard. I just don't see us winning another game. If we played at home, then maybe. No chance on the road.

    Re: ISU @ Colorado

We went out there two years ago and gave Colorado their only conference victory of the season.

Maybe we can return the favor this year.

    Re: ISU @ Colorado

On the road, don't care if we were going to South Dakota State, I'm giving the host the benefit of the doubt.

However, winning this game on the road could be a huge shot of confidence for a lot of these guys. I'm sure they're just as tired as we are of hearing how we haven't won on the road since 2005 at Texas A&M.

Defense wins FB games and I think their D is better than ours.

Early prediction: CU 27 ISU 21

Stewart the new qb broke his leg on horse collar tackle so coach's son Cody and weiney arm will be back in the game. The light air will help him.

Scary things happen to us in Folsom.

If this were in JTS, I'd give us a decent shot. In Boulder, we lose by at least 7.

    Stewart was the running back.

We'll see both QB's this week. Hawkins and Hansen both played yesterday, Hawkins threw one pick and Hansen threw two.

Looks like Hansen is more of a mobile QB as he rushed 16 times yesterday for 86 yards.

    Thx for the correction.

We haven't won out there since Sage ran through the driving snow in 2000, although if we had a placekicker we probably should have won in 2004. It will be tough, but doable. Our defense is horrible, their offense is horrible. Their defense is OK, our offense is OK. It could happen.
