    South Park 10-29-08

I thought that tonight's South Park was a bit of a disappointment. But that was the way I felt after seeing "Cloverfield" in the theatre. Maybe that was their point.

The pan flute version of Gary Numan's "Cars" near the end was a nice touch.

I have last week's on my DVR still, and tonight's. I haven't seen Cloverfield, do I need to see that to fully appreciate these last two episodes?

Best part of the whole show was when Randy was in the store running around with the camera as people talked.

First time in a long time that I've laughed out loud at a South Park. The outfits were hilarious.

    Guinea pirate!

My wife laughed hard at that one, and it takes a lot to get her to laugh at a TV show--even South Park, which she loves.

I busted out laughing during Guinea Pirate! The past two episodes have arguably been some of the most absurd SP episodes ever. I have a feeling when season 12 comes out, the Pandemic episodes will really grow on me...

I think the trilogy last year with imagination land was even more absurd.

I agree, and some of my favorite episodes ever. Especially the first one.
