Probably deserve it at this point. Hopefully we can turn it around.

I know we will surprise the world and play 60 minutes this saturday since it will be a 2:30 game and not morning nor night.

Looks like we are No. 12 as these look to be in priority order.

Power of Positive Thinking. Seven weeks are special teams were great, two weeks ago our defense did okay, and last week we challenged a few offensive records. We just need to bring it together.

Gotta agree with Wesley. I think mentally, if we can get a stop or turnover early....we'll realize we can play some ball.

    Re: For What it's Worth

Okie State just went to the wire with the best team in the country at the best team in the country's house. Umm, ISU is 2-6 having got crushed the past two weeks in their own house by two of the worst teams in the conference. If ISU can cover the spread (+30.5), I would be shocked. I'm calling 54-10

    Re: For What it's Worth

Waiting list? Wow. I expected to see us there after the Baylor game and I figured we were a lock to get into the bottom 10 after the A&M game. As I look back on the season so far, I'm not sure what more we could have done.

Gene Smith, 1993-2000. 7 years, 6 NCAA's, 1 bowl game. Revenue sports postseason participation 50%. Good.
    Bruce Vandevelde, 2000-20005. 5 years, 4 bowl games, 2 NCAA's, 2 NIT's. Postseason participation 80%. Better.
    Jamie Pollard, 2005-. 4 years. 1 bowl game, 0 NCAA's, 0 NIT's. Postseason participation: 13%. The next big step.

My ignore list: splitidentity, tarheelhawk, superdorf, clones_jer. That is all.

    In terms of what?

In terms of losing more and getting a lock in the Bottom 10, we could have lost to SDSU and Kent State.

In terms of performing and executing better as a football team, we could have beaten UNLV and Kansas, we could have not laid an egg against Baylor and Nebraska, and we could have brought our defense to the game for A&M.

    Lots of "could haves" there.
