My pro and college teams = Not Good.

Cyclones and Bengals, a combined 2-14 on the season with a better than even chance of not seeing another win the rest of the way. I love football, but it is rather hard to stay interested this year. Luckily for me (sarc), I've got a lot of experience dealing with losing seasons from these two programs.

Anyone else out there with a lousy NFL team feel the same way? Lions fans, Chiefs fans? Anyone?

FWIW, I still love Gene and JP. If ISU could hang tough with Mac for 12 years, they can certainly give Gene 2-3 more years to figure this out.

Chiefs fan here. The last couple years have been tough, and it can be hard (even for me) to see a better future....but what can you do?

    Things will turn around eventually.

Pittsburgh Pirates fan here. No winning season since '92.

Red Sox were good to me these past several years. In a twisted way though they provide encouragement for me to hang tough with all of my other hapless teams. After all if they can break the curse, why can't ISU or Cincinnati. Wishful thinking on my part.

Try: Cubs, Chiefs, and Clones. That is frustration!!

    Jags and Clones.

Wouldn't you know it, two teams with the same problem. An absolute lack of line strength on either side of the ball

I disagree with all the commotion about the poor Cubs. They continually spend ridiculous amounts of money and are never "bad". They have made the playoffs several times recently. They have hope. Try cheering for a team that spends 1/8 the payroll and has zero...zero hope.

I know, the Rays can do it...blah blah blah.

Been a terrible year for my teams. Seahawks toilet. Cyclones toilet. At least the Wild and Chops are having good seasons so far.
