    CBS Sportsline Article by Dodd

    http://www.sportsline.com/collegefootball/story/9836519

First half-way positive article out of the Sportsline about ISU in a while. Actually, I don't recall a Sportsline article on ISU I enjoyed reading. Except this one.
Some serious stroking on Pollard. Sweet.

Good article. Painted JP in a very positive light. Can't ever say anything bad about good publicity.

That was fantastic. Compare it to what we get from the Register.

Finally an article that speaks of ISU as a program that needs improvement without bashing on it at the same time. I like how someone was finally able to make our lowly stature and desire to succeed out to be positive things.

"With Pollard driving the process, Chizik interviewed Saturday night, then got an offer. He went back to visit with his wife and boss Mack Brown"

I thought his wife was named Jonna? I mean I knew he and Mack were close...but this is just rediculous!

That's great national exposure. It's amazing what a marketing wonder JP is. He knows how to get the most bang for the buck!!

The best part is just being the headliner, albeit for probably only a slight portion of the day, of a major sports news source. ESPN barely let us get on the top headlines of their frontpage.
