    Article on CU QB situation

CU burned the RS of their Freshman QB against K-State last week, bringing Tyler Hansen in to replace the struggling Cody Hawkins (So.).

No amazing insight on anything here... just a (potentially) similar situation (inside our own Division) with Tiller and Arnaud.

If it works, you're a genius, if it doesn't you're an idiot.

Re: Article on CU QB situation

I'm guessing that the CU backup has been taking some snaps since summer camp started and maybe even in spring. Tiller was not even going to be at the Baylor game. He has been spending the majority of his time with the scout team. Until we get Knapp back at center and do better job of reading the defense putting in a true freshman QB would be crazy IMHO.

Why would we burn Tiller's redshirt if he's the future at this point? They can throw Bueker in there in case of emergency. I know Chizik is win all and no monkey business; but he'll be the first to say they have the programs future in mind when making decisions.

If we were competitive and had a chance to do something and the QB was killing the team I would say pull the redshirt. However Arnaud is not the problem. It's pretty much everyone on the team except L. Johnson. So I would say use the walkon kid and don't burn the red shirt.

Come on now - give K. Banks his due as well...

Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.
