    The Fred Hoiberg Workout

I found this on Ebay. I don't remember it, though.

my guess is amy33 wins the auction...

I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

Amy has her name written all over this one but is waiting for others to bid. See - FRED & AMY33.
Only a JP workout video would be higher on her list.

How do you know I don't already own a copy??

This kind of thing demands a PM boys! I need immediate knowledge of this info. I might have to fight rworkman for it though...he has a pic of the mayor for his avatar.

screw the bidding i would buy it now...but i dont have the money...

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

How funny - I have one of these at home. My son was watching it about a month ago. The camera work is really not that great on it. It does show how very focused fred was as he walks you through some of his drills he did every day and every game day.

Glad this generated a bit of conversation. I hadn't seen it before, but thought it was kind of funny. I sometimes look for Hoiberg basketball cards on Ebay and this came up.
