    NCC Recognition

    Jeremy,

Just a thought, but is there a way we could add recognition for those that are NCC members? I'm thinking something similar to the moderator, or premium member designation. Seems like it could be a way of showing posters have already put their money where there mouth is, and perhaps encourage a few more to join.

Any other ideas? Would there be any way for you to confirm peoples membership status?

Great idea, although, I'm not sure if the NCC will divulge that info.
We might need to use the honor system.

thunder - there's usually a list of NCC members (even broken out by giving level) printed in the game programs every game. I don't know if it's a complete list, but my name was listed.

Aren't NCC members still listed in gameday football programs?

    Re: NCC Recognition

Well, I am a NCC member, GDMCC member, CF member, CF donar, and season ticket holder. I know we want to show our pride, but i think this might take it past the point that it is needed.

Those mods, admin, member names are strictly dealing with the site itself.

Now I could see where if you could list what memberships and donation clubs you are a part of in you profile, then that could work.

    Re: NCC Recognition

We would have to include the Gridirion Club.

That's fine, and I also agree with the addition of grid iron club. I'm not thinking of it as something to show off for myself, but more of trying to find a way to encourage those that visit the site often but haven't joined the NCC to make the commitment if they can.

Again, the original post was just a thought. The profile additions are an idea. Any others out there?

I think the profile idea might work best - or maybe add something to your signature. Otherwise the left side of the board will be filled with pieces of flair.

I like your idea. I think we need some sort of "NCC Membership Drive" to try and get as many non-members to become members or have current members up their donation.

A membership drive is a great idea. Maybe it could be as simple as a list linked similar to the one we used to have for mens bball recruiting. Just add thet members name when they've upper their donation, or joined for the first time. Keep a tally going at the top.

    Re: NCC Recognition

A note on your profile and a master list somewhere would be cool.

    Re: NCC Recognition

I think we got something here, and yes I did forget the gridiron club, sorry.

I definately wasnt trying to suggest being flashy, I knew exactly what you were trying to. So I want to apologize if I came across a little too blunt.
