We need these studs. Carpenter would be an awesome addition to our O-Line. Reynolds would play WR I would assume.

either of those guy would be really good gets. we will have a pretty loaded team at DB next year. LJ, Ter'ran benton, Kennard banks, allen bell, devin mcdowell, and potentially those two. in our conference pass defense is verryyyyy important.

anyone know of any juco LB's that could step in right away??? because we seriously need some upgrades at that position and there are not gonna be any freshman that can do it

Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm totally trying to recall from memory (and according to TheCity) but isn't he being recruited at QB? Why do we assume that they always will switch to WR?

I think we are recruiting athletes plain and simple. Recruit, If you want to see the field come to ISU and here are a few areas we believe you can help?

    Any thoughts on this tactic?

I don't know what he's being recruited as, I just assume WR since Arnaud is prolly gonna be the leader of this team for the next couple of years.

EDIT: Also it says something about him moving from QB to WR in the description of an article in his profile on Rivals.

A previous thread on here said they are looking at Reynolds for WR...

TheCity reported that Money was told that the coaching staff was looking at him to play wide receiver.

With Carpenter and Renolyds we will just have to be patient. I dont know much about the other jucos we are recruiting.

The only real dissapointing thing to me in recruiting so far is we are not recruiting a real big DT. I still think Haughton would fill that role well but id be nice to have quality depth at that position so we dont get run on as much

That, IMO, is the best tactic as long as they're open to a switch and how it would benefit both the team and themselves. The only exception (one that I keep hearing) could possibly be Bates as he seems to be deadset on QB and the possibility of transfer.

Thanks for the input, Zach - I really appreciate it.
