Man passes gas, gets charged with battery

Man Passes Gas, Charged with Battery on Officer

I wish I could call these cops at times after my friends drop a few bombs that smell worse than a dead raccoon.

Maybe he ignited it and burned the officer, or something like that...

Re: Man passes gas, gets charged with battery

Well the article does somewhat state he fired in the direction of the officer.

But charging him with battery is a bit extreme.

I would've just show the moron his cell, closed the door and said "Fart all ya want now, Stinky!".

I thought about calling 911 because of my son one time. That was clearly a case of battery.

Doesn't "battery" require some actual physical contact?

I fart in your general direction.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that. ~ George Carlin

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life:
The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves Orcs. ~ John Rogers

My brother and I could each be arrested for attempted murder due to playing the fart game when we were kids.

Gas has mass...a pressurized jet of gas can be quite dangerous...I had a roomate who I'm sure was responsible for cracking a few toilets in his lifetime...
