    UNLV Tickets

I just ordered my UNLV tickets (6 of them) and they must have released tickets they were hoping to sale as season tickets as I just got section 106 (30 yard line) around the 10th row (I have enemys). I have been checking the site regularly and was always given the chance to buy tickets down by the end zone. So if you haven't bought your tickets yet you might start thinking about it.

    Re: UNLV Tickets

Did you buy them thru ISU or UNLV? Do you know if there are plenty of tickets left? I wasn't at the last ISU-UNLV game but I had the impression that they have a big stadium and don't draw that well. We're going out but I was thinking of buying the tickets there.

I don't think you'll have any problems getting tickets at the stadium.

    FWIW:
Their home game against Utah St. had an attendance of 18,815, with a capacity of over 40,000.

    Re: UNLV Tickets

I was pretty impressed with the location of the seats I got thru the UNLV ticket office... on the 20 yd line, 4th row... not the greatest but at least we're not tucked away up in a corner of the stands.....

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

I wouldn't say that it's a huge stadium (I just looked it up & capacity is 36,800), but I would agree that you probably won't have much of a problem getting tickets the day of the game. But like CycloneDaddy pointed out, it looks like UNLV just released some pretty good tickets yesterday. I've also been checking their site regularly & just scored a pair in Sect. 108, Row 8 yesterday. If you'd like some decent seats (esp. seats behind the ISU sideline), I'd recommend buying online while they still have some good ones. Here's a link to UNLV's online ticket sales...

    Re: UNLV Tickets

Thanks for the info. I was thinking it might be a little late to get the tics thru UNLV as we'll be heading out there in a week and though I'm sure they could still mail them in time, it might be cutting it a little close.

    Re: UNLV Tickets

Official capacity is listed as 36,800 with the ability to seat up to 40,000+ if needed according to their website (grass areas they can sell tickets for maybe???). They had official attendance figures of over 38,000 for home games against Wisconsin, Hawaii and BYU last year so it appears that the place gets pretty good attendance for the bigger name opponents and/or teams that have a good traveling fanbase.

Just so you know, you can order tickets through UNLV & have them held at will call. That's what I did with the tickets I purchased yesterday. That way you don't have to worry about how quickly they get them mailed out.
