    Brooklyn Area Game Watch?

I've just started trying to locate a bar with the Lil'11 Network. I'll post one if I find one, (most likely located near Park Slope). Otherwise, is there a game watch already set up in Brooklyn or Manhattan?

    Gamewatches

Gather with area fans to cheer on your Cyclones in style. The gamewatch locations for all televised Iowa State games in the New York City area are:

    New York:
    Blondies on the East Side
    1770 Second Ave., New York
    Contact: Jess Phelps

    New Jersey:
The 10 West Bistro & Sportz Bar
130 Route 10 West, East Hanover, NJ
    Contact:Jamison Mark

The ISU Alumni Association Club of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut is interested in listing other locations in the area at which Iowa State fans can gather to watch the Cyclones play football and basketball on television.

Are you already gathering somewhere to watch the games and we just don't know about it? Wouldn't it be great to have even more Cardinal and Gold-clad fans there to cheer the Cyclones on to victory? Please contact Cory Hanson if you have such a location or would like information about establishing a gamewatch location.

    Re: Brooklyn Area Game Watch?

Thanks everyone! I completely forgot about the Alumni Association (terrible, I know). The last time I was a member I was in school.

I haven't decided if I'm going to Blondie's or The Dram Shop in Park Slope (9th St. between 6th and 7th Ave.). If any slopers/brooklynites want to stay in the area, let me know.

I'll be at blondies but that's because I live in the upper west side, it kinda sucks watching the game there with all the hawkeye fans...blondies is their gamewatch location for all games...

I decided on the Dram Shop, but they open their doors at noon, just in time... Everyone I knew in the area left already so I think it might just be my fiance and I. (and maybe a KU grad)

    Re: Brooklyn Area Game Watch?

The New York City gamewatch is actually on the upper east side this year. Blondies opened a new branch, and placed the ISU alum group in this new location (i.e. separate from Iowa's).
