Who was the last coach that started his first year as head coach with a record of 5-0 in ISU history? I didn't really pay attention to ISU bball until Tim Floyd (sorry guys...I've always been a Cyclone fan) and how did they end up in their career?
If Cyclone Fanatic was a drug…consider me a junkie.
We might not have a loss untill Ohio State! 15 more wins to get in the tourney.
Don't get your hopes too high. I watched UNI play Washington on the cable feed last week, and they're a pretty solid team. And as hard as Tollackson was on the ISU interior, Coleman is a MUCH better center.
I was at the game tonight and it was a lot of fun. Our guys hustled and played hard. We made some adjustments at the half and they showed. After the game we hung around and talked to the players and coaches. What a great group of guys. They all talked to us like we were part of the team for quite awhile. We are getting quality people at the front of the program and building quality people out of our players.
That was an awesome win, but as ce1 said, don't get too excited. We did barely beat a team on Sunday that lost to Oklahoma by more than 60 points. That being said though, that is the best I have seen us play this year, and I thought there was no way we would go on the road and beat the Gophers.
