    Tom Brady goes down early

In the locker room with a leg injury, hobbled off but it didn't look great.

Re: Tom Brady goes down early

During my fantasy draft I gave the guy who picked Brady a whole bunch of grief. I don't know how anyone can pin the hopes of their team on a guy that didn't play a single snap in the preseason with an injury that the team was very hush hush on.

Hmmm probably because he is the best fantasy QB there is in the league. You take a chance on a guy like him.

How many points has he scored you so far? I love people who look at the fantasy magazines and make thier picks based on who is ranked higher.

Ummm.... because he was probably the best fantasy QB in history last year.

Re: Tom Brady goes down early

We're just through the first half of the first set of games on opening NFL weekend and we're already talking about fantasy football mistakes/blunders?

    Hilarious!

Pats offense is still better than many in the NFL with or without Brady.

From what i saw, the injury he received today had nothing at all to do with his preseason injury. That sort of injury could happen to any quarterback in the NFL. Its called luck. If he left because of his preseason injury you might have a point. You are claiming victory here for completely the wrong reasons.

I'd have to think the foot injury (it's still hurting him reportedly) combined with not playing at all in the pre-season did affect his confidence and mobility when he was in today.

But you are correct, the injury today is really not related to the foot injury that kept him out of play in August.
