    Non-conference game predictions

Ok we're 4-0 and there are 10 games left in the non conference season including matchups against Minnesota, UNI, Iowa, Ohio State and Bradley...how do you think we'll end up?

    Re: Non-conference game predictions

the toughest games will be UNI, Iowa (just because its there) and OSU. Minnesota is not a good team this year as well as Bradley. I do expect us to have a a solid record going in with maybe one or two slip ups, which is expected of a young team.

I see Minnesota being real tough for us. Young team, on the road against a Big 10 school....should be a great test for us.

    Re: Non-conference game predictions

Watch out for Bradley, that could be the 2nd toughest pre-conference game we have. I would not be the least bit surprised if they smoke the Illini this evening.

    Re: Non-conference game predictions

Actually I would be surprised if they beat the Illini. Bradley is 5-0, but they do not have Patrick O'Bryant who was a stud last year. The same Winona State team that beat MN and Drake, should have beaten Bradley at Bradley.

We should lose to Ohio State. They have too much fire power for us. We should, SHOULD, go 13-1 with this schedule. I think we have enough to beat Bradley, UNI, and definately Iowa. I could see us being no worse than 10-4 coming out of the non-conference. That puts us in prime position to be post-season bound.

    Re: Non-conference game predictions

I think 11-3 is a real possibility with 10-4 if we stumble in a game. I don't want to get my hopes too high but I believe the only team better than us is Ohio State.

I would like to think that they can come together against UNI and Iowa. 13-1.

Illinois was down to Bradley at the half but won by 4. Bradley will be tough.

    Re: Non-conference game predictions

Anywhere between 10-4 and 12-2. I don't think we'll beat UNI in Cedar Falls. They have too much talent and experience and size in the frontcourt and plus they will be absolutely PUMPED to play their ***** of against us. I think we'll lose to Ohio State as well, possibly big.

Iowa and Bradley are the swing games. I think winning two road games against Big Ten teams could be tough, but Iowa isn't that good. Bradley will be a hard team to beat, but I think if we play our "A" game we'll win.

Bradley was up by 11. If Franklin doesn't have foul trouble, BU wins.

Their guards and our guards should be fun to watch.
