    Spanish airline crash

Owner: Doomed jet experienced overheating - Europe - MSNBC.com

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but solving an overheating problem by turning off the sensor that is monitoring it sounds kind of like turning off a fire alarm because it's keeping you awake.

Wow, I don't know how things work in Spain, but someone's head is going to roll. Turning off a sensor when it notifies you of a problem???

Some of the details are just sickening from that crash. I sure hope the victims died quickly and did not suffer much.

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

I would hope that someone ends up in jail for a long long time.

    Re: Spanish airline crash

Apperently it is a device that is not required to be on for the plane to take off... either way something about this doesn't suprise me given that it's Spain... (they're a bit laid back there)

Sure, the sensor may not be critical to lift off, but whatever was overheating may have been.
