    Fountain Pop

Okay I admit this is strange but I love fountain pop. Not cans, and not bottles but fountain pop. I want to have one at home, just a small one like you might find at a high school concession stand. Anyone know where I can get something like that?

I have no idea whether this works or not...but I thought this was an interesting product:

If you do get one, make sure you clean it frequently. Mold grows rather quickly in the tubing.

    Re: Fountain Pop

i checked on Ebay and your gonna drop atleast $500. MOst of them were over 1,000. But i did a Ferentz(half ***ed) search, so there might be cheaper ones, but just google it and im sure youll find some.

I spent $450 on my keg fridge. I know i can use it for rootbeer as well, so maybe that would be a way to go. But you'd need away to add water to the syrup.

    Re: Fountain Pop

My wife has requested the same thing in our house, albeit jokingly. I better not let her see that somebody's thinking of actually doing it...

By the way, if you do do it, that'd be the coolest thing ever.

    Re: Fountain Pop

I would think you'd contact your local bottling company. Or beverage distributor. More than likely it's one of those two places you'd have to go to for the supplies. You might also check a restaurant supply store. I would think there would have to be something used around.

You're best bet might be trying to get one like bars use. Where you just have the little handle thing with the buttons on it. I'd imagine that would take up the least amount of space for you.

I think this is the winner. The bar gun is awesome, especially if you like drinking. I would think there would be a smaller setup you could get that would not cost a whole lot. Please let us know what you find out.

    Re: Fountain Pop

There's at least one MLM out there that sells fountain pop as a money-saver. We bought one of their smaller units, and it was okay, but we didn't drink enough pop to keep the syrup fresh. The second bottle of syrup that we threw out, we quit using it.

I disremember the name of the company, unfortunately.
