Okay we had some nasty results from the rain/wind/hail last Sunday. The kid's playset ended up in the neighbor's yard destroying our fence in the process. We ended up with hail damage to the deck, the garage door and the air conditioner for sure. We had water in our second floor guest bedroom, which means we must have had some damage to the roof up there.
The adjuster is coming Monday. I need to get some estimates on roof repair, painting (of the new garage doors we are getting, although I may do it myself), HVAC, deck repair etc. Any recommendations is very much appreciated.
Also we've had some water in our basement which the builder's insurance adjuster told us is likely a broken tile. It only comes in the basement in one spot, comes in very slowly through the seam between the basement floor and the foundation wall. There's a ton of mud in our sump. I'm assuming that's going to involve big earth moving equipment, which I'm not terribly excited about. additionally it appears that the landscaping slants a smidge towards the house on the outside right in front of where the water comes in. Trying to decide if fixing the landscaping would fix the water versus having to dig to the tile.

Guardian Complete Home Services. They reroofed my shed and went above and beyond the call of duty swept, tidied up better than it was to begin with.
Ask for Mark. He's a good guy.
I tried to get these guys to do some minor roof work for me after one of the storms this spring/summer. They originally said they'd do it the same week they stopped to take a look at it, but but never returned. I called them back and they said they'd be back out that same week again. Never heard from them again. Decided to quit wasting my time with follow up phone calls and found someone else.
