    ISU AA Vegas Tailgate

Does anybody think this will be worth it? I have never been to an Alumni tailgate, are the beverage prices reasonable? I also don't know what I think about having a boxed lunch to eat during tailgating.

    Cost:
$5 - Tailgate Admission ONLY (ISUAA, Cyclone Club, and Cyclone Gridiron Club members)
    $10 – Tailgate Admission ONLY (non-members)
$20 – Tailgate AND boxed meal (ISUAA, Cyclone Club, and Cyclone Gridiron Club members)
    $25 – Tailgate AND boxed meal (non-members)
$15 – Children 14 and under (Admission AND boxed meal)
FREE! – Children 14 and under (Tailgate ONLY)

I saw this yesterday. A boxed meal costs $15? It says on the website that it contains a turkey sandwich, chips and a cookie. For $15?

I know, it better be a freaking huge sandwich with lots of goodies on it. Like maybe a $10 bill.

Wouldn't they need a liquor license to sell beer or alcohol at the game?

I recommend buying an admission ticket so you can go over and mingle for a little bit to see the pep rally with the cheer squad and the band. There are gonna be so many Clone fans tailgating in the lots at UNLV that you won't want to spend all your time at the alumni gig. And for $15 you can come over to my tailgate and I will get you a fresh brat, chips, and throw in a beer!

I'm sure the prices are adjusted to reflect big city inflation...

Several season ticket holders "donated" hundreds of dollars trying to upgrade their seats without success. So, it appears $15 isn't much in the grand scheme, but I'd certainly like to have a sandwich shop next to the Alumni Association if they think $15 is a fair price for said fare.
