I would think with the additional seats you would go ahead and tweak the sections to resolve any remaining issues of people being at a higher donation level than their seating location. I think you could also see the students being moved into one of the corners.
And if I had to speculate, I could see an expansion of the cheap endzone tickets. Sell that endzone at $99 and fill the whole thing up!
Question: If you planned on bowling-in the south endzone in 2009, would a reasonable person go through the "pain in the *****" of reseating JTS in 2008 or does it even matter?
Untill ISU is selling 40,000 season tickets there is no need to bowl the end zone. All you are doing is borrowing millions to build seats that will be sold once a year. How many season tickets are being sold this year ?
