    Re: Give me an R!

Oh my goodness, what a finish. Ito deserves MVP honors after that ending. Hitting the winning field goal, and saving that last minute TD on the kickoff return.

Also, LOL at the Rutgers students rushing the field after the KO return. Almost over, but wasn't quite. Would've been a heartbreaker if L'Ville won on a Hail Mary.

It's also worth mentioning that Rutgers was down 25-7. Hell, let's hire Greg Schiano! ;)

Wasn't Paul Rhoads a news anchor for KCCI back in the late 70's early 80's?

    Re: Give me an R!

Seeing the turn around that Rutgers had gives me hope for our future. I think Pollard will get a coach that has a vision and fire just like Schiano.

Rutgers should never have any hope of having anything but a mediocre season. Their fans should know their place. Oops...

    Re: Give me an R!

Rutgers defensive front was outweighed by Louisville's front offensive line to the tune of 53 pounds. Rutgers pass offense was ranked 114th out of 119 Division 1-A. Rutgers was clearly undersized, outweighed, and outgunned. But somehow this team of believers didn't understand that they didn't have a chance.

Bingo Egg!! Thank you Rutgers for showing all the "superior" programs that the little guy deserves a place at the table too.

Actually, I believe it was early 60's thru the early 90's. But, you're never too old to coach.

We were at the Denver Chop House when the game was in the 4th quarter. Exciting game, great defense that Rutgers has.

I hope they win out! :)

Good game for Rutgers. Their fans are horrible though. They may actually be worse than UNLV fans.
