Favre has itch to play in 2008-2009

Even though I consider him my favorite player, I really hope he stays retired. Don't become what Michael Jordan did. PLEASE BRETT.

I believed in Gene Chizik and all I got was this lousy limited-edition commemorative coin.

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

He'd surely give a gigantic boost to the NSL (National Shuffleboard League)...

How's that going to change by him coming back and playing again?

I respect Farve on the field. However I'm sick of the offseason drama each year. Will he come back? Will he retire? He must be going through a media attention withdrawl of some sort.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

I think the Packers would still own the rights to him. Not indefinitely, but I think it's like a year or two after a guy retires.

How would you not have the itch to come back? It's all he knows, every year at this time he goes to the practice facility to get ready for the season. Now he's not doing that. I'm sure we would all get the itch if it was us.
