    Firefox three help

I have a problem with FF3...every 15 minutes or so, it randomly stops responding, uses 250000 of virtual memory. It eventually comes to, after about 5 minutes, but then I have the same problem later on. I have used the firefox help site, but it was way over my head. I have cleared cookies, etc, but nothing seems to help. Anyone else having this same problem or know how to fix it?
    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Firefox three help

My only guess is that maybe an add-on (extension) is causing the problem? Try running Firefox in Safe-Mode (Start Menu -> Programs -> Mozilla Firefox -> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) ), and see if you get any better results. If so, then you need to look at your add-ons.

I think it might be foxyproxy. I unistalled it, and now I'll see how it works.
