Walker will be one unhappy dude if he ends up back in school for another year. He's had some bad luck.

I heard that Walker slipped on a puddle of pee that dripped out of his towel during a game.

He must be really ready to leave school if he is projected to be a 20th-45th pick and he still wants to leave as a redshirt freshman.

I bet he still goes to the NBA. My guess he is not in good academic standing and would not be able to play college next year.

Sounds like he has knee problems more than an injury. That cannot be good for his NBA draft status.

I feel bad for walker - he is probably going to have play a few more years at K-State just to prove he can stay healthy.

I could be wrong but wasn't it him that took a couple online classes the first semester to get by? So my guess would be that he didn't take many if any classes the 2nd semester. I could be wrong but I thought it was him that got by on iffy classes

Re: Walker injures knee, may return to K-State

WHB 810 in KC were saying that he is still looking at some guarantee (sp?) that the Pistons will draft him late in the 1st rd., even with the knee injury.

Wow he is asking for a lot isnt he. I dont think there is ever a sure thing in the draft.

    Looks like he's staying anyway

ESPN - K-State's Walker to stay in NBA draft despite 'minor' knee injury - NBA

Too bad, I'm going to miss Bill and how retardedly angry he gets in games, guys like him make being in Cyclone Alley a riot

That guy embarrased our post players OFTEN in Hilton last year. He litterally physically dominated us.
