    Party Buses

Does anyone know of any good/cheap party buses in Des Moines? I got a bachelor party coming up and am having trouble finding some good ones. Thanks

I don't know of one available, but you might check out http://www.skoolie.net and see if anyone in the area is on there. I know the person who runs it lives in Ames.

We used to use Midwest Transportation out of Ames for trips to KC and Chicago, etc. They might be reasonable for an all-night gig.

    Re: Party Buses

We have just used Laidlaw Transit. They has school buses, not the decked out party ones, but they seemed affordable, and we could bring all the booze we could carry. Plus everytime we would ask for the Old dude named Gene, and gave him a sombraro to wear. I wonder if he is still around.. MEAN WOOOOOO GENE!

    Re: Party Buses

I saw a bus from Getondabus.com at Hy-vee in Ames not long ago. I know nothing about it, but thought I'd pass it on.

My cousin owns (or used to own...not sure, but I thought I heard he was getting out of the business) Getondabus. The pics on the website make it look like there are some pretty good parties put on there.

There were some hotties that got off when I saw it, which is good enough for me.

    Re: Party Buses

My nephew had his bachelor party a few weeks back. we got a bus, and driver from about 9pm to 2 am. I think overall the whole thing cost $400 for the night.

seemed kinda high for me, but 12 of us all got home alive so it was worth it i guess. we kept out coolers on the bus and the driver would just find a parking lot close bay to hang at. couldnt tell you much more about it, but if you need to know more my nephew can get me the info.

The owner of Perficut Lawn and Landscape has a bomb party bus line, but I forget what it is called.....
