    CF Server Specs

Some techies periodically email me wondering what type of server we use to host CF so I thought I'd post our current specs for techie consumption...

    CentOS 5.x
    PHP 5.x
    Apache 2.x
    MySQL 4.x

    Intel Xeon Dual Core 3060
    SuperMicro PDSMI+
    4GB DDR2 Ram
    WD 500GB SATAII x2
    100Mbps Uplink
    1TB Bandwidth/month

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

Can you post this in English please.

I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

It's run out of an industry leading data center, not in Iowa though. Due to the need of redundancy, fire-proofness, disaster recovery, etc it has to be somewhere safe like most good websites. The bandwidth also far surpasses what anything but what a data center could handle.

My datacenter is bigger than yours!

What is the bandwidth per second? We push out upwards of 60mbps, which to me seems like crazy high bandwidth, but I think that is pretty small.
