    Garage Bike Hoists

Anyone have the hoist systems for bikes in a garage? I'm wondering if they are easy to use. I want something that I could use before and after each ride and not something that is just good for once at the end of the season. Also, any brand recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check out derekweaver.com. I used to use his lifts when I raced dirtbikes competitively.

Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

I should clarify: I'm talking about bicycles here. Not anything with a motor.

    For Example, target sells this:

Menards has some for $20 I know that are the same thing. It's pretty simple so you shouldn't have to pay much. Our family has 5 bikes and I got hooks that I screwed into the ceiling truss's and lift up the bike and they hang upside down. $.50 for each max. That's another idea

I did that very thing at our last garage. But my new house's garage ceiling is about 10 feet high so I can't just lift the bikes. Also, my wife couldn't do her bike alone so I had to be there if she wanted to take a ride. I want something easy to use for either of us.

Ya, that is true. You could also get 4 lag bolts with loops in them, 2 simple rope pulleys and some rope and do it yourself but if you can go to Menards and pay $20 and be just as good. I always like building stuff like that from scratch but all people are not like that.

    Good luck
