I'm guessing the players, but I'm not sure.

Re: who was in the back of the presser?

I don't think it was the players that he mentioned were in town because he mentioned them at the start of the presser being behind him. So to sum this up I still have no idea but Chuck sounds as good as anything right now.

Man, you really, really don't like coach Mac. Did he kick your dog or something?

What about that suggests I don't like him??? And I'm guessing I am right, they were there to support their 'relationships' with him.

I was thinking UNI players as well. How's that relate to your post?

Your snide comment about UNI players being in the room and the fact that you are so firmly on the side that Mac mismanaged the relationship.

Perhaps I misunderstood something, but why would you think former UNI players were in the back of the room?

He just said the whole team was there, as well as the coaching staff. Also administration.

I love that you can pick up my 'snide' tone, especially when you are dead wrong.

And do I firmly beleive that Mac mismanaged the relationship? No. Do I think he may have misread some sublte things and probably handled it differently, yes...

Re: who was in the back of the presser?

I think that the UNI team being there is to show their resepct for Greg as a person and support him in a rough time. Greg left UNI to be head coach at another school... and that school comes to show support for him in this presser... you don't develop those kinda relationships unless your an honest hardworking man... I don't doubt a word GMAC said.
