    King Kong - 2005 Version

So I saw this movie last night and really enjoyed it. I wish they could have found someone other than Jack Black to play the role of the eccentric movie producer however. He just didn't fit well into the movie IMO.

Rest of the movie was stellar. My wife has never seen a King Kong movie and I told her it was a love story. She scoffed at me when I said that but she was bawling at the end when Kong was killed.

I really like the movie but someone else could have been cast instead of Jack Black. To me, he just isn't this type of actor.

Yeah I was a big fan. Thought all of the creepy crawlies they fought were great!

Hated it! I wanted to push Naomi Watts off of the building at the end just so it would be over.

I didn't really like it either, and struggled to hold in my laughter when someone was crying in the theater behind us.

Yeah, totally agree. Jack Black was completely wrong for that movie.

I thought the scene where Kong beats the crap outta three T-Rex dinosaurs was one of the coolest, high-tech special effects clips I've ever seen.

I didn't catch it, but I wish they'd cast King Kong Bundy in there somewhere.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
