    Ed Hightower

Isn't it great that we get to tune in and watch Ed Hightower dance and prance all over the court?!?

Many moons ago, I used to like him as an official. But man, I seriously think he believes the game is there for his promotion. Is there any other official in any level of any sport who makes more of a spectacle of himself?

IMO - the best officials are the one who do their job, and you barely realize they're there.

He's really doing his best to get noticed at the end of this game.

I was like 12. It was about 25 years ago.

To better explain my state of mind back then - I was also a hawk fan....

Angel Hernandez, MLB Umpire. He was the one who, when a hitter question his strike zone (I can't remember the player) jumped out from behind the catcher, removed his mask, and started an argument with the player. He seems to think very highly of himself and believes that the fans are there to watch him call the game.
