    Sushi in CR

Okay, we have had lots of sushi discussions for the DSM area. We are heading back 'home' for the holiday weekend and would like to try a sushi bar in CR.

Could someone give a recommendation on which restaurant to choose?

Kaji is good. It's got a sushi bar as well as hibachi grills.

My wife always wants to go to Sushi House (2665 Edgewood Pkwy) whenever we go back to see her parents. I haven't had any complaints about it...

    I really like the Sushi @ Osaka's.
On 1st Avenue (near Lindale Mall). Very good.

    Re: Sushi in CR

I don't really eat sushi, but I've had a few my coworkers of asian descent say that the Metro Buffet on 33rd actually is pretty good sushi for a cheap price.

as far as hibachis go I'd hit Osaka up by Lindale over Kaji ... but they're both pretty decent

agree. However Kaji has a nice sit-down-and-order area as well as the hibachis. It's good food if you want Japanese and don't want the spectacle. The sushi bar is nice too and very good sushi.
