He needs to stay healthy too. Look at how many games he's missed over his career. This is number of games played in starting with his rookie year:
39 (this season, uncertain when/if he will play another game this year.)
398 games of 558 regular season games means he's missed nearly 29% of his games. Three of the last 4 he has played in about half of the games. Not good... plus his career shooting % are not impressive at .395 FG% and .307 3pt%. I like Tinsley but can't imagine unless he can stay healthy and improve his shooting let alone his off the court problems that anyone is going to give him a huge contract down the road. He's also 30 now which age will also eventually be a factor as well, especially with someone with as many injury problems that he's had.
