    computer to TV?

Is it easy to hook your computer up to your TV to act as your monitor? I was think for March Maddness, hooking up extra TV's to my computers, so I can get use the CBS MMOD link - to get all the games in my basement (i don't have Direct TV).

I am kind of a computer idiot, i know it can be done, just didn't know how hard it is to set up. If you know, please respond with instructions.

It depends... If you have a new tv it should be pretty easy... you can get a VGA to DVI link... Check monoprice.com.

If you don't have a newer tv, your computer may have an S-video out on your comp... Which will work to, the quality just won't be that great.

    Re: computer to TV?

It all depends on what equipment you have. If your TV and computer both have HDMI connections, then you can just hook it up if you have an HDMI cable. There are also many other combinations: DVI-to-HDMI, S-video, component..

    Re: computer to TV?

More than likely Im guessing you don't have an HDMI but a VGA to S-component is an easy fix. Should be able to get it at any Best Buy or store like that. I will warn you, don't expect amazing quality because trying to go from a computer resolution to TV is just not going to work really well. But if all you want is the game, it should work just fine.

    Re: computer to TV?

I have cable to TV and then to a 1080i TV. My quaility is great. Must be the my PC tuner TV card is very good. The computer may be a few seconds behind live, but so is cable signal behind the air wave signal...
