    Patrick Swayze dying?

The National Enquirer is reporting that he has pancreatic cancer and has been told he has 5 weeks to live. I don't know much about cancer, but isn't pancreatic cancer very agressive and almost untreatable?

My grandma passed away of pancreatic cancer. It was awful - she was diagnosed in May, gone in August. It is an awful illness.

Here's all I found out about it. Hollywood Reporter hasn't mentioned it yet. I wonder if Transworld is tabloid also.

    Swayze's Mystery Surgery
    6 February 2008 (WENN)
Actor Patrick Swayze underwent surgery on a mystery complaint in California over the weekend. The Ghost actor checked into the Stanford University Medical Center for a serious "gastro-intestinal procedure," according to the New York Post. Sources tell the newspaper he has since been released, with his spokesperson confirming the 55-year-old is now "home and happy."

thats bizarre, Swayze was in an episode of MASH once where he played a soldier who was diagnosed with luekemia...

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.

    I remember that one.

Still one of the funnies SNL skits was him and Farley in a "dance off" for the last spot on Chippendales.
