    Key West

Finally uploaded some honeymoon photos. They should be available to check out if anyone is interested. Fantastic place to go! (Just click on my name, view public profile, and go to albums.....only 9 pics so far, but I might add more.)

that restaurant must have the freshest rooster in town

There are not many crowds or places in the country that have a better impact on the game than at Iowa State. The Cyclone fans are truly a sixth man. The place is so loud and always a fantastic crowd." - Former Kansas and current North Carolina head coach Roy Williams

That was pretty cool. Evidently when the island banned **** fighting, the chickens were just turned loose to roam the island, which they do. So everywhere you go, there are chickens.

Are they bothersome? Are they pretty good about not being in places you want sanitary? That's hilarious.

That was what I would have thought as well, but we just went out, and there it was. The interior reminded me vaguely of the inside of my '76 Nova. And about the same size too. I don't like flying, and it's just better that I'm not able to see the instruments, and what the pilot is doing.

Not at all. Almost all restaurants are open air, so they just walk in and out as they please. I imagine the wait staff have to clean up after them. They also crow at all hours of the day, and walk down the middle of the street like they own the place.

It sounds like this is the place where I could finally realize my dream of kicking a chicken. Man, I hate those things - we had some on our farm when we were little, and they're evil! Sounds like these are much more civilized, though.

That statue that you took a picture of at 6:47AM is just wrong in so many ways. ..... :)

Definitely looks warmer then here though as I am looking out my window watching a thundersnow storm.

    Congrats on getting married too....

They were well acclimated to people. There are literally hundreds of people (and chickens) wandering the streets, and motor vehicle traffic is minimal. So they acted as if noone was there. One rooster was walking right down the middle of Duval street one morning just crowing his fool head off, while traffic stopped to wait for him to get out of the way.

Well, you outkicked your coverage and married up - that's the important thing

I think it's safe to say that most of us probably did.
