    underneath jerseys

    I know this is not a big deal.........But does it bother anyone what we wear underneath our jerseys. I really can't stand those baggy XXL white nike cut offs underneath our jerseys. I think that it looks really bad. I really hope that the new nike uniforms(tight top) see Texas and others becomes the status quo. I am hoping that with our new logo, our uniforms will be changed and be like the new jerseys that come out. What does everyone think? Am i really anal or does it bother anyone else?

    I think that look pretty ugly also. I do not see the purpose of them, I think they would get in the way more than anything. Hopefully you are right and we go to the tighter tops.

    I like the baggy shirts underneath personally. People didn't like black shoes, socks, or baggy shorts either, but Michigan and the Fab 5 changed that.


    Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

    Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

    ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

    I really think that's a personal preference thing for the players. I'd rather have our guys feel comfortable with what they are playing in and let the look slide a little bit. They aren't dictating what the football players wear underneath their pads (I think) or if they wear sleeves or not, so why the basketball team?

    I think Boozer and CJohnson don't wear the undershirt, so I don't think they are forced to wear it.

    I understand that its not that big of a deal, but I think we are the only team in the Big XII that has that big of undershirts underneath. I just think that it makes our players look like they dont even fit in their uniforms.......................but not that big of a deal

    Could be worse. We could look like OU. Blake Griffin looks like he shops at Baby Gap.

    Let them wear the undershirts however they want, as long as they are comfortable. At least that's how it was when I played :)

    they can't be forced to do it because DG wore a t-shirt last night and he has also done that for many other games. it is personal preference
