Ouch, that has to hurt. He showed real flashes of greatness this year.

My not so bold prediction...doesn't miss a minute of playing time.

    Re: LSU QB Perrilloux suspended

This is his fourth "issue". First was being caught in a money laundering deal (still being investigated by the FBI as far as I know), second was passing a fake ID to get into a casino, and third was fight outside a bar during last season.

This kid was a tremendous HS athlete and was a total "recruiting whore" during his recruiting. The bottom line is that he is a "bad apple"...to put it mildly. Saban wasn't willing to play his games and he initially committed to Texas. Miles came in and was not thought of as a good hire at the time so in order to gain some credibility with the fans he decided to make a play for Perrilloux and he got him to sign at LSU (he is a Louisiana kid). On signing day he said he would be the first player to ever win 4 Heisman Trophies. This is what Miles gets for "dancing with the devil". He should have been kicked off the team long ago in my opinion.

Oh, by the way, the 2003 and 2007 National Championship teams at LSU did it not with a superstar QB but with a game manager QB. In 06 LSU had a superstar QB in Jamarcus Russell and did not win it all. I am not so certain this kills LSU's chances for next year...the real problem next year is all of the very tough SEC road games they have.

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.
