    Any Good Valentine Gift Ideas??

Looking for a little advice... I've been seeing this girl for 3 months. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

hmmm... noon on V Day? She got you something, and you didn't think she would and now you're rolling :)

Go find some florist and grab a rose, just a single one is probably all that is necessary. Find a good place that still has a reservation available and take her to dinner.

Don't get her anything. Once you start the Valentine's giving trend it will never end. Valentine's Day is a corporate invented sham.

I got my wife $70 flowers and a $150 gift card to a spa....

A little on topic, buy totally opposite - a friend of mine was telling me what she got for V Day this morning. Said she woke up to roses and lillies and her boyfriend had made a special gift box, a la Justin Timberlake & SNL. I'll never be able to look at this guy again with a straight face, I'm guessing :)

Three months is a REALLY tough time for V day. This 'gift' might reflect where you think this is going... How serious is it? Three months can still be very casual or somewhat serious...

Personally, I'm anti-roses. I've never given any girl I've been seeing roses. They're just too cliche, in my opinion. Go for lillies, carnations or dasies, they're always a hit.

Agreed. And roses are way overpriced.

There is some truth to the sentiment that if you aim low now, you won't have to worry about outdoing yourself for several years down the road. If you start with a bang and drop $200 on her after 3 months, imagine what she'll want after a few years. But, of course, you can't get away with not getting her something really small, can you?

I would recommend try doing something that is not too cliche. Instead of taking her out for dinner, make her dinner. Find out what her favorite is and try your best. Some guys are great at cooking, others have never done it. Sometimes women respond to good intentions, sometimes it doesn't mean anything. If the lady you're with is worth pursuing in the future, she should hopefully respond favorably to your efforts, regardless of the outcome.

After 3 months, I would go all in and get her "THE RING"

    Step 1: get a box
Step 2: cut a hole in that box.

No seriously, don't get her anything, it is not worth the effort. having said that, I really hope my wife does not get me anything or I am dead!

Re: Any Good Valentine Gift Ideas??

For the last 2 years I've gotten flowers sent to my wife by using this place Heather's Secret Garden

It's one woman from WDM but she does a very good job for the $$$.

Also, some will say that they don't want flowers but don't listen to them. Once they see all the other woman in the office getting they will feel like crap when they don't receive anything.

The $100 you spend one time a year will be well worth the money.

Hopefully she is one of those women who doesn't believe in Valentine's Day because it's a corporate monster.

Of course, even in that situation, you still have to get her something. You always do. Can't let her feel left out or not special.

I would give some good advice, but I am not sure if the advice of a divorced man is good... as for me, I got my two loves a pair of gloves yesterday. the left one fits just right , but the right is a lil tight.
